Lone Palm Springs – Capturing The Stillness

“Lone Palm Springs”  By Julio Vazquez

Some time ago my friend Sam, who goes to Palm Springs at night a few times a week, told me about the various night scenes in the city.

The neon lights, the sparsely lit neighborhood roads and the general sense of Palm Springs on a summer weeknight as things have receded into stillness.

Hardly anybody was out and about and the normally sunny and vibrant city takes on a certain eerie quality.
