Palm Desert DMV joins 42 other California DMVs now open 2 Saturdays per month to lower weekday wait times
The weekend service started yesterday, July 7th from 8am-1pm.
Behind the Wheel Exams will not be available and some DMVs may be limited to driver license renewals and issuance of ID cards.
The Palm Desert office is open the first and third Saturday of each month from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

DMV field offices accept cash, check, money order and ATM/Debit cards for payment of fees. REMEMBER Credit cards are not accepted in DMV field offices.
