The Beer Hunter IS CLOSED
Craige Campbell September 25, 2024“The Beer Hunter HAS CLOSED.” The Beer Hunter closes its doors in La Quinta!
The Beer Hunter, located just off Highway 111, has signs on its entrance doors reading “the Beer Hunter will be closed”.
The cause of the closure is unknown at this time but it may be concerning lease negotiations. “Available for Lease” signs are also now on the premises.
La Quinta Mayor, Linda Evans, confirmed the Beer Hunter has closed.
Opened in 1984, The Beer Hunter has long been the year-round destination for sports fans, and beer lovers, with over 50 TVs, pool tables, outside sitting and entertainment events throughout the year.
The Beer Hunter had over 25 beers on tap, specialty cocktails and a large menu for all tastes with favorites such as The Beer Hunter Classic Macho Nachos.
Many will remember the Pay Per View Boxing matches that sold out everytime.

Watch Now Live- Happening Tonight – Palm Springs VillageFest, the City’s wildly popular street fair which prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, was held every Thursday night in downtown, will return on Thursday, July 1. Coachella Valley!
With COVID-19 cases significantly down, the City Council approved re-opening VillageFest at their last night meeting, with a smaller footprint and safety protocols in place. The street fair is expected to expand to its original length in the coming months. During the summer, VillageFest hours of operation will be 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.
