At 8 a.m. Today, Tuesday, June 2, Fantasy Springs re-opened but there are lots of limitations in phase 1 of their 3 phase re-opening plan. Right now for instance their is no smoking and masks are required.

Under the first phase of reopening, masks are mandatory for guests and employees, including Eagle Falls Golf Course; all guests must submit to temperature screenings; a one-way entrance and exit to the property; table games and slot machines are reduced to 50% capacity; no smoking inside the resort facilities; and the quick-service restaurants (Pizza Kitchen, Lique, Starbucks) and The Springs are reduced to 50% capacity.

Sit-down dining, hotel capacity, retail, bowling and live entertainment fall under phase two of the reopening TBD.

Phase three will include the special events center, hotel pool, fitness center and Fresh Grill Buffet.

“We want to see how this goes,” said public relations manager Michael Felci. “Our focus right now is making sure this initial phase is completely successful before we get ahead of ourselves and start phase two. But we’re hopeful it’ll be soon.”
