PALM SPRINGS, CA — Face coverings will no longer be required at large non-ticketed outdoor events in Palm Springs, city officials announced Wednesday.
According to City News:
The Palm Springs City Council voted last Thursday to lift the requirement, and the city on Wednesday circulated a list of various events that will be affected.
Large non-ticketed events cited by the city included the upcoming Greater Palm Springs Pride Parade, the annual Veterans Day Parade and the Festival of Lights Parade and Villagefest!
The council is expected to discuss lifting further COVID-19 mandates in December.
