Nail Salons, Tattoo Parlors, Can Reopen and Weddings Can Resume Without Receptions, Friday In Riverside County and the Coachella Valley.
According to an announcement, Wednesday, from the County of Riverside, the personal care business sectors that can reopen June 19 include:
Nail services
Facial and esthetician services
Shaving, waxing and threading services
Massage therapy services
Body art, tattoo and piercing services
Hair salons and barber shops reopened May 26.
Wedding ceremonies can also resume, but wedding receptions are not allowed under the state’s stay-at-home order, the county said.
Libraries can reopen.
All businesses and services that are about to reopen or already have, must take proper steps to protect employees and customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, the county warned.

Riverside County Economic Recovery Task Force is providing local guidance at RivCoBizHelp.org.
Health officials urged residents of all ages to get tested for COVID-19, with or without symptoms, to identify hotspots in the region.
“Testing continues to be an integral focus as more residents visit more businesses,” the county said in its announcement.

Coronavirus Cases by the Numbers:
As of Wednesday afternoon, Riverside University Health System reported 11,951 coronavirus cases, an increase of 257 over the previous day. The death toll reached 399, an uptick of four.
Hospitalizations rose by 20 patients to 257. Sixty-five of them are being treated in ICU.
