Coachella Valley….. Live Music on El Paseo… Our Team was taking a stroll along the famed El Paseo Boulevard and happened upon this.

We were told during filming they were playing till 1 A.M. The new regulations do allow for Restaurants to offer entertainment but patrons must be 12 feet away and remain seated.

The area where Alf Alpha is DJing is public property and adjacent to Kitchen 86 but not on their premises.

It will be interesting to see how city, code enforcement and citizens will react. We just spoke with the owner of Kitchen 86 who shared a few officers drove by earlier and continued on.
