Dave & Buster’s opening in Rancho Mirage

Dave & Buster’s is set to open it’s first Coachella Valley location this fall at the River in Rancho Mirage, on Highway 111.

Headquartered in Dallas, each Dave & Buster’s has a full-service restaurant, full bar, and a video arcade.

On Monday, Sept. 18th, according to the company it will open its first ever Coachella Valley location at the previous location of the restaurant called Acqua Pazza.

With over 20,000 square feet, there will be games, food, adult beverages, and a view the River Water Features off highway 111 from their outdoor patio.

It will include more than 100 “of the latest arcade games,” which a company representative said will include “Pac-Man Battle Royale Chompionship, Wicked Tuna, life-size versions of HUNGRY HUNGRY HIPPOS and Minecraft Dungeons Arcade.”

The location’s restaurant and sports bar will feature a 40-foot high-definition TV screen and bar-food-style dishes such as crispy chicken strips, garlic parmesan truffle fries, philly cheesesteaks and burgers.

Dave & Busters at The River in Rancho Mirage is under construction but the team already has plans to open the application process in a couple of weeks.

The entertainment chain is looking to hire 175 new staff members at the location in the runup to the opening, ranging from servers to “game techs,” according to a Dave & Busters representative.

According to a company press release, these include:

  • Servers

  • Game Techs

Additional roles are available, according to the release, which instructs interested candidates to apply online at daveandbusters.com/careers.
