CV Link: Construction In Palm Desert Scheduled Dec. 14-17

The road work will begin Monday, December 14, and run through Thursday, December 17. Work hours are 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. in parts of Palm Desert as road shoulder work gets underway for the CV Link project.

The construction work will take place on Painter’s Path/Parkview Drive from the Bump & Grind trailhead to Monterey Avenue, and on Magnesia Falls Drive from Monterey to approximately 600-feet west of Deep Canyon Road, according to the City of Palm Desert.

Once fully completed, the 40-mile CV Link will provide a path paralleling Highway 111 for pedestrians, bicyclists and low-speed electric vehicles (including golf carts). Parts of the CV Link are already open.
