Coachella Valley Charity Spotlight: STREETLIFEPROJECT helping the homeless in the Palm Springs Area… Inspiring people to LIFE!

Inspiring people to LIFE… A life filled with hope and guided by faith.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide hope to the hopeless, and inspire life change. We want the homeless to know that they are loved and have value. That no matter what hardship they are going through, life can get better.
We want to be the support system they can count on through this difficult time by providing the help they will need to transform their lives. A life filled with hope & guided by faith.
About Us
Our Culture
Street Life Project is a culture built on a foundation of love. A kind of love that transforms people and unites communities for one cause. That’s to go after the broken that are normally disregarded by society, and love them back to life.
Our Impact
For the past six years, Street Life Project has been serving on the front-line and focuses on building relationships in the streets, under bridges, and in hidden camps throughout the Coachella Valley.
Serving meals, clothing, hygiene and other needed resources allows us to form trusting friendships with those living in the streets, so that we can assist them with rehab, jobs, housing, etc. to help them get back on their feet. Our goal is to create working duplicable systems with proven results. We look forward to seeing the homeless count reduce as we continue to grow.
The Team
Our team is made up of amazing volunteers that want to make a difference in this world. Those involved have taken off their worldly glasses of judgment and pride, and put on glasses of compassion and love.
Everyone involved in this project has been called to serve our brothers and sisters in the streets. We all know this movement will continue to grow beyond our time on this earth, and will be a lasting legacy of hope and love that is felt around the world, for generations to come.
The Vision
The Street Life Project was a vision that was conceived several years ago by Christian Jelmberg. With the help of volunteers, that vision has been put into action and so many lives are being transformed!
“God really is orchestrating this entire movement of love that will touch the entire world” – Christian Jelmberg
Our Goal
Our goal is to help remove the stigma many people have toward the homeless and see past the surface, to the beautiful souls with potential for change, while encouraging community involvement and unity.
This includes becoming community partners with businesses, government agencies, ministries and other outreaches across the country and providing a centralized hub of information and free tools that will help them have an even greater impact on homelessness.
We will also be developing new SLP branches worldwide. If you are interested in becoming a branch of the SLP Outreach Team or a Community Partner, please contact us.
