California’s Newsom orders statewide re-closure of indoor dining, limits on church services, salons

New Statewide & County Closures:
Effective July 13, 2020, ALL counties including RIVERSIDE COUNTY must close indoor operations in these sectors:
Dine-in restaurants
Wineries and tasting rooms
Movie theaters
Family entertainment centers (for example: bowling alleys, miniature golf, batting cages and arcades)
Zoos and museums
Cardrooms
Additionally, bars, brewpubs, breweries, and pubs must close all operations both indoor and outdoor statewide.
Governor Gavin Newsom announced on Monday that counties on the state’s monitoring list, which includes Riverside County, will have to shut down more indoor operations as well.
Effective immediately, California closes some indoor business operations statewide and additional indoor operations in counties on Monitoring List for 3 consecutive days.
Statewide indoor closures include:
Restaurants
Bars
Breweries
Wineries & tasting rooms
Movie theaters
Family entertainment centers
Zoos
Museums
Cardrooms
County closures apply to counties that have been on the County Monitoring List for 3 consecutive days.
The order affects all 30 counties on the state’s pandemic monitoring
list — including Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties.
Counties that have remained on the County Monitoring List for 3 consecutive days will be required to shut down the following industries or activities unless they can be modified to operate outside or by pick-up.
County indoor closures include
Fitness centers
Worship services
Protests
Offices for non-essential sectors
Personal care services, like nail salons, body waxing and tattoo parlors
Hair salons and barbershops
Malls
On Friday, the Riveside county reported one fewer coronavirus patient in the ICU compared to Thursday.
