A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect through Wednesday evening for all of the Coachella Valley and High Desert due to possible heavy rains and runoff that could cause flash flooding, especially in low lying areas.

A slow-moving trough of low pressure will slowly move across Southern California Wednesday. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms with moderate to heavy rainfall are likely. Isolated flash flooding
is possible in the heaviest downpours.
