Tyler’s Burgers opened in in 1996 in Downtown Palm Springs. Tyler’s freshly grounds their meat in-house daily and serve their delicious patties on toasted buns.
First-timers should get their Cheeseburger; rich, juicy and non-greasy, it’s a perfect way to go to satisfy that burger craving. And don’t forget to order a malt or shake! They whip them up old-fashioned style here, with each sip you would think you were at a diner in the 50s.

They handcraft their patties from fresh (never frozen) 100% all-natural USDA inspected choice beer and grill them to order. They get their buns from a local bakery, where they are baked fresh each day and lightly toast them to make the outside slightly crisp and warm. Each burger comes with garden crisp lettuce, hand-sliced red onion, vine ripened tomato and sliced kosher pickles. They make their French fries in-house, hand cut from fresh Idaho russet potatoes, double fried and slightly salted- changing their zero-trans fat oil out daily.

9. Dillon’s Burgers & Beers[14]
Tucked along a dusty desert road, Dillon’s Burgers and Beers melds decades of history into an unforgettable experience. It’s gone by many names, but the commitment to great food, music and drink has lasted since Dillon’s opened in 1946.
This historic venue hosted The Doors when rock and roll was banned in Palm Springs. It’s where locals and travelers bond over a plate of hot wings and a joke with the bartender. It’s the most authentic desert restaurant you’ll find in the Coachella Valley.
Sip a cold beer with friends while local musicians play intimate shows. Bring your kids to daytime family events. Or hide yourself in a corner booth with a basket of Dillon’s famous onion petals and watch generations of patrons have fun.
