Palm Springs Production Company Wins Entertainment Industry Award

Last month, one of Coachella Valley’s brightest, Live It Up Productions (LIU), won the prestigious Entertainment Company of the Year Spotlight Award presented by Event Solutions, a leader in the events entertainment industry.

Live It Up Productions is well known for it’s energetic events and Broadway and Vegas style shows that bring together top musical, acting, and dance talent from all over the nation to wow audiences.

Live It Up cast members have been seen on Broadway, in feature films, on awards shows such as the Grammy’s, and recently, a group of “All-Stars” worked alongside award-winning choreographer, Mandy Moore, to entertain guests at the Steve Chase Humanitarian Gala at the Palm Springs Convention Center benefitting Desert Aids Project.   

As a Palm Springs based company, the LIU team has been selected to entertain at signature events such as the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards, the Palm Springs Art Museum 75^th Anniversary Gala, and many more.

Live It Up took the Coachella Valley by storm in 2014, presenting electrifying local shows.   Their hit, “Top Rock”, debuted last summer at the Hard Rock Hotel in Palm Springs to acclaim and combined a classic rock tribute concert with a larger than life cast of powerhouse singers, a live band, state of the art sound, laser lights, and costuming.  

They  followed this successful run with a new show during the holiday season in which local audiences were once again thrilled by the sensational “Rockin’ The Holidays” production hosted at the JW Marriott Desert Springs.  The show dazzled all ages with winter wonderland effects and traditional songs given a modern twist.

The Event Solutions industry award acknowledges the high level of professionalism and innovative artistry that LIU possesses.  Next, LIU will be taking their act on the road to appear on stage  at the world famous Tropicana in  Atlantic City, New Jersey for the east coast premier of their “Always Believe: A Tribute to Glee”.
