Chiles gueritos are great (6 stuffed chiles with Shrimp. It’s served with mayo & they recommend some Soy Sauce. Honestly, this was better than I expected.), highly recommended stuffed peppers. Breakfast entrée I chose – the machaca and eggs which was served with beans and potatoes. The machaca – shredded beef, eggs and sliced bell peppers was hearty tasting when made tacos with the corn tortillas and chili sauce.

The food is delicious. Everyone loves the guacamole. Try the mole enchilada, which is perfect, the sauce is complex and so wonderful.

Love this family ran place. Rosamarilo is clean and the staff is friendly and the food is tasty. And if you are unhappy tell them and they will change it without question.

The red enchilada sauce is unbelievable, the vegetable stack appetizer is wonderful and the governator tacos rock! Highly recommend the chili Verde, fish tacos, and chili relleno.

This is my absolute favorite place to eat on Indio, says Tabatha!!!! Fish tacos, Chorizo tacos, Ceviche – Awesome! And The Service – perfecto!

The customer service is top notch. Large portion sizes. Family friendly atmosphere. The Food…Delicious! Loved the bean dip, the flour tortillas are made fresh everyday in house and the guacamole is made in front of you when ordered. The Carne Asada plate which is thinly sliced steak, marinated, spiced and cooked to perfection…..its tender enough to cut with a fork and served with sauteed onions and mushrooms.
