After hip replacement in July 14′, Blake Adams stormed the castle at Humana
Humana Challenge 15′. Get to know Blake Adams. After a full hip replacement in July 14′ Mr. Adams stormed the castle on the Palmer Private sinking 10 birdies for a final round of -8 (T2) 64.
A full hip replacement is no easy feat to overcome especially in a sport with such violent twisting and shifting of weight.
When asked if this surgery gave a new lease on his golf life Adams states “Absolutely. I have a second chance. I played one legged since 2007 and that’s hard to do. These guys are really good, in case Ya’ll don’t know, the guys out here I’m playing against. I’m just blessed to have the opportunity.”
Adams tee’s it up tomorrow at 10:10 La Quinta Country Club.
