Coachella Valley’s Full Moon

Tonight’s full moon is absolutely beautiful! (November 6, 2014)

A few fun tidbits about tonight!.

November’s full moon is most commonly known as the Beaver Moon. Early American Colonists and some American Indian tribes referred to Novembers full moon as the Beaver Moon because this was the last chance to set traps and collect furs for the winter ahead. It was also a time when the beavers were most active getting themselves ready for winter! (moongiant)
